Baseco Golv AB manufacturers solid wood Sekelgolv floors. The primary raw material used for the floors is wood, a renewable and, with the proper care, very long-lasting product. The company has its facilities in an industrial area with only wood companies. This lets us more efficiently share facilities and processing methods. A large part of our raw materials are bought from the local sawmill, Sorsele Såg AB. Our facilities are heated using wood waste products from our own production, and we also produce wood chip fuel for the municipal incinerator.   Baseco Golv AB will: - use biologically renewable raw materials throughout its production process. When this is not possible, material with minimal environmental impact will be used. - require all suppliers of goods and services to meet environmental standards. - provide training annually to all personnel on environmental issues.
